Memory Helper - How to Save Memory on Your Device
Memory Helper is a feature to save memory on the device that houses your browser (I.E. desktop PC, laptop, etc.). It automatically detects when a website has opened, loads its associated memory, and disables Fauxbar when the tab is no longer active.
Fauxbar is a service that will run in the background on a Windows or Mac device, and it will consume memory, even when it is closed. It has been designed for use with Google Chrome, so it will only work for web pages that are opened in Chrome. If you have a compatible web browser installed on your device (e.g. Firefox), you can open a website in it.
The only memory it uses is what is required for it to work properly, which is why it has a small impact on your device's performance.
